at that particular stop in no one was friendly or very helpful. Drove along way and was not impressed. However, lackluster attitude and service seems to becoming common place in America these days. Seems like the online business is much better than the in person service. Don't flame me...Russel said he has been realizing that some things that happen he is not aware of, I'm just passing the info along as a free customer survey and hopefully it will help improve things.
